The Apple iphone 4 is a touch screen smart phone industrial by Apple. It is the fourth generation of iPhone and successor to the iPhone 3GS. It is particularly marketed for video calling (marketed by Apple as FaceTime), consumption of media such as books and periodicals, movies, music, and games, and for general web and e-mail access. It was announced on June 7, 2010, at the WWDC 2010 held at the Moscone Center, San Francisco, and was out on June 24, 2010, in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany and Japan.The Apple's new fourth-generation smart phone is a large upgrade from the iPhone 3GS, opening with its 3.5-inch, 640 x 960 touch screen, a greatly higher resolution than any earlier iPhone has offered. The Apple has a slimmer design and runs iOS 4.0, the most recent version of Apple's operating system, on a 1 GHz Apple A4 processor. This is the first edition of this mobile OS with carry for multitasking. The Apple iPhone 4 has a 5 megapixel rear-facing camera with a flash and carry for recording 720p video at 30 frames per second. In adding up, it includes a small front-facing camera for video chatting with an app called FaceTime.
