ASRock has released their second Sandybridge Fatal1ty motherboard called the ASRock Fatal1ty Z68 Professional Gen3 aimed at both the enthusiast and hardcore gamers. As of late, ASRock has been jousting with the big boys and is known for producing a wide range of quality motherboards to suit just about any preference, need, or budget, and it will be interesting to see how the Fatal1ty shakes out. ASRock in partnership with Fatal1ty brings a new version of the awesome Intel 1155 socket Sandy bridge based motherboards to market with the sole purpose of giving gamers the greatest edge possible. This enthusiast motherboard featuring the Intel Z68 chipset is designed to harness the full potential of the Intel Sandy bridge series processors. The late arrival of the Z68 allows those waiting for the new 1155 socket to mature a chance to take advantage of both the H67 and the P67 chipset features allowing for use of on-board graphics as well as overclocking of the CPU. With additional input from Johnathan ‘Fatal1ty’ Wendel the engineers at ASRock have come up with the 3rd Gen version of the Fatal1ty Z68 Professional motherboard while incorporating some great unique features. Wendel worked closely with the ASRock team to produce a featured-loaded, rock-solid motherboard that met this professional gamer’s standards:
